Mr stickyfingers had a similar 'banger in bread' concoction the other day made with Hartdale Park Venison sausages, Hope Farm sourdough, Shaw River buffalo milk Mozzarella, home grown tomato and herbs, Gippsland grown baby chicory and one of Swampy's magic eggs. I did the lot for myself minus egg as a salad with an eighth of the bread done as croutons.
