- passionate about food, eating it, preparing it and definitely not compromising on the quality of it! an increasing discontent with supermarket offerings and a string of requests from friends, relatives and acquaintances to "pick one up for me next time", or "recommend somewhere to get..." led to flicking an emotionally unsatisfying corporate career, to have a shot at controlling my own destiny. these are just some of my ramblings...
